The camouflage still hides new headlights and grille, but we can already find some rendering photos on the network that show how the all-new Isuzu D-Max 2021 could look like.

Of course, all of them suggest that the new model will stick to its styling philosophy and that we can count on headlights and grille that bring evolutionary changes only.

Partnership With Mazda

As we’ve just mentioned, Isuzu doesn’t work with GM anymore. Another Japanese manufacturer has ended cooperation with a U.S. car company. You may presume that we are talking about Mazda, a company that used to work with Ford. For the future, Mazda has chosen Isuzu for truck development.

Once again, Mazda won’t take care of anything but aesthetics. The two models will be produced in the same factory, and the front end should be the only notable difference. Eventually, we could see some of Mazda’s gasoline engines in the offer.

Interior

This truck has never been particularly attractive when it comes to interior design. The cabin in the current model is simple and straightforward. You won’t find any fancy materials or similar styling solutions. It is all about functionality.
