Engine Specs and Configurations
The next 2024 Rivian R1T will offer a couple of power levels and editions. For a start, a two-motor variant will happen, providing around 250 miles of driving range thanks to a 105-kWh battery pack. On top of that, the range-topping quad-motor R1T will be on offer as well. An AWD setup will come as standard, along with the 135-kWh battery pack. This version will not only deliver more power but will also have a driving range of around 320 miles.
The largest battery pack is a 180-kWh unit, which will allow almost 400 miles of driving range on a single charge. The quad-motor setup should develop around 800 hp and 900 lb-ft of torque, which is quite astonishing. However, we are waiting for an official model to arrive, as promised figures are usually misleading.
2024 Rivian R1T Release Date, Price
In terms of price, the upcoming 2024 Rivian R1T will probably cost over $60,000. That is significantly more than the starting price of rivals such as the Tesla Cybertruck and Ford F-150 Lightning.
