However, Ram offers a potent 6.7-liter turbodiesel Cummins engine. It is a very powerful unit with 370 horsepower and 850 lb-ft of torque. Unlike the gasoline engine, the diesel variant provides a 6-speed automatic gearbox. On the other hand, Ram will most likely provide more torque for the optional diesel. In case you didn’t know, some of the rivals are already offering a torque of over 1,000 lb-ft.
2024 Ram 2500 Price, Release Date
As we said, the 2024 Ram 2500 will be available in so many different setups. This heavy-duty truck provides numerous packages, trim levels, and special editions. The base trim level will cost $44,500, per source.
On top of that, the luxury Limited trim will surely start at around $75,000. The sales will begin at some point next year. We are waiting to hear more details about this model, including its improvements and official release date.
