Optionally, you can get a 10-speed automatic gearbox. The F-450 truck remains a rear-wheel-drive model with an optional four-wheel-drive setup.
A larger 7.3-liter V8 gasoline variant is optional, developing 430 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque. Finally, there is a 6.7-liter V8 turbodiesel engine. This powertrain option generates 475 horses and up to an astonishing 1050 lb-ft of torque. Maximum towing capacity is rated at around 35,000 pounds, which is simply amazing.
2022 Ford F-450 Price, Release Date
The price of the next-gen 2022 Ford F-450 will start at $50,000 or slightly above that. On top of that, the range-topping trim level is available for about $90,000. Ford will launch its new Super Duty lineup of trucks in the last quarter of the year.
